Zempler Bank offer two personal current accounts – the Freedom account and the Activeplus account.

The Freedom account has no monthly fees and the Activeplus account is £5.95 per month. There may be fees for sending money and withdrawing or paying in cash. Both accounts come with the option to add on an overdraft.

Great customer service

I've been with this bank for many years and have never had a problem when I've had to contact with an enquiry. For instance, I received a new card and went into town but my card did not work in the shop. I phoned the telephone number on the back for customer service which answered within a few minutes and was told to use the card at a cash machine to enable it. I noticed a cash machine across the road and withdrew £5.00, went back to the shop and completed my purchase with no problems. All the while the very patient customer service assistant stayed on the telephone to make sure there were no further problems as I had to use the card to enable me to travel back home. Zempler debt card is my 'Scam Guard' on line

Zempler debt card is my 'Scam Guard' to use when buying on line or out and about to avoid 'Skimming'. It lets me hold a small amount of money in a totally disconnected bank account to my main account so it is impossible to wipe out and empty my man bank.
