Zempler Bank offer two personal current accounts – the Freedom account and the Activeplus account.

The Freedom account has no monthly fees and the Activeplus account is £5.95 per month. There may be fees for sending money and withdrawing or paying in cash. Both accounts come with the option to add on an overdraft.

Great, Post Office charges could be cheaper

One of the best banks without a high street brick and mortar location. This means that you can deposit at the Post Office but I think the deposit fees could be cheaper thanks. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2025

Gave me a soft landing.

Gave me a soft landing. They were the only bank that would accept an immigrant. They also had a product at the time that I used to build my credit score when I first arrived in england. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2025

Fantastic banking app .

Never had any problems with zempla always working and when there are issues they always send a notification and let the customer know in advance if any maintenance. Will definitely keep using zempla Reviewed on: 3rd March 2025
