Zempler Bank offer two personal current accounts – the Freedom account and the Activeplus account.

The Freedom account has no monthly fees and the Activeplus account is £5.95 per month. There may be fees for sending money and withdrawing or paying in cash. Both accounts come with the option to add on an overdraft.

Cashplus have always been a very good bank.

I began searching for a pre-paid card over 5 years ago and came across cashplus on a review site,i was very impressed with the fees terms and conditions and signed up for my card,which arrived promptly Cashplus have always been a very good bank.I have been a customer for 5 years,and i have never had a problem.Getting through on the phone to customer services was sometimes a problem,but i have noticed a vast improvement in communication in recent years.I have used the credit builder option on my account several times and my credit rating now stands at 935 EXCELLENT!.I now have a overdraft facility should i wish to use it connected to my account..I wish cashplus the best for the future with there new name Zempler bank Reviewed on: 24th March 2024

Great when things go wrong

I judge any service not by how good things are when everything works but by how they react and solve problems. My card was subject to fruadulent transactions and I managed to speak to a human I could understand immediately who sorted the problem in one call. Reviewed on: 24th March 2024

Excellent bank which ha surprised me.

I’m have never had an issues with this bank which had not been resolved in a fast, professional and accountable manner. I find there IT systems to very user friendly and especially the security aspects are not overt complicated which I find so useful because I have to much in my life that I need to remember.
