Zempler Bank offer two personal current accounts – the Freedom account and the Activeplus account.

The Freedom account has no monthly fees and the Activeplus account is £5.95 per month. There may be fees for sending money and withdrawing or paying in cash. Both accounts come with the option to add on an overdraft.

Major High Street banks could learn from you. Real people to speak to in this country if there is an issue. Which, thankfully, there are not many. One fantastic bonus is the warning that a DD or SO is due and that my account needs topping up to cover it. No-one else does that as far as I know.
