Zempler Bank offer two personal current accounts – the Freedom account and the Activeplus account.

The Freedom account has no monthly fees and the Activeplus account is £5.95 per month. There may be fees for sending money and withdrawing or paying in cash. Both accounts come with the option to add on an overdraft.

Payment disputes

It’s annoying to dispute payments instead of doing in app you have to download the form and send it off if that could be more efficient as in being in app easier to use take notes from monzos dispute systems works amazing they give you refund upfront they look into the dispute if the dispute is wrong they will take the money back Reviewed on: 21st February 2024

Best bank

obtaining account balance and details via telephone first class. Telephone queries with a member of staff always polite and informative. text and e-mail account warnings always helpful and welcome.
