Zempler Bank offer two personal current accounts – the Freedom account and the Activeplus account.

The Freedom account has no monthly fees and the Activeplus account is £5.95 per month. There may be fees for sending money and withdrawing or paying in cash. Both accounts come with the option to add on an overdraft.

My overall experience has been really good.

My overall experience has been really good. I have always been able to speak to a human when I call rather than a robotic message like press this button or that button. Staff are very polite and I always have access to my a/c with the CashPlus App. Reviewed on: 22nd February 2024

Proud customer.

I have been a customer for many many years and Cashplus has never disappointed me. Before they were classed as a Bank, I was frustrated that it used to take upto two hours to make transfers but all that changed very soon and now the transfers are instant. The Customer services has always been top quality, never had anyone answer the phone where they were not keen on helping!! I definately feel that the bank has developed onto bigger and better things since its inception into the market and has recruited quality people to run its operations. I will forever be grateful for Cashplus bank giving me and account at a tike where my life fell apart and I could not get a bank account with major high street banks.
