Zempler Bank offer two personal current accounts – the Freedom account and the Activeplus account.

The Freedom account has no monthly fees and the Activeplus account is £5.95 per month. There may be fees for sending money and withdrawing or paying in cash. Both accounts come with the option to add on an overdraft.

Best by far at all levels

Been customer for nearly 15 years and the bank has improved its customer experience over and over.It has always been very clear in its aims and its information and where needed instruction,always found customer service peoples to be professional, polite,easy to talk to and importantly easy to understand and follow.
