Zempler Bank offer two personal current accounts – the Freedom account and the Activeplus account.

The Freedom account has no monthly fees and the Activeplus account is £5.95 per month. There may be fees for sending money and withdrawing or paying in cash. Both accounts come with the option to add on an overdraft.

No fuss banking

Simple and easy to set up. Not had any problems with this bank. Highly recommend for no fuss banking Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

Excellent for a relative new bank

Nice bank always learning too improve I was not happy at first that if I missed a direct debit which I will admit wasn't the banks fault it was not the date I specified from the relevant company I would have to pay the missed payment too bank even if payment was not paid. Now the bank has learned and tells me via email or text that a payment is due on a certain date or around a certain date which helps a lot. The online format is brilliant very easy to work with. I've been with cashplus for maybe 9/10 years, never had opportunity for add ons, also if your a bank why do I pay monthly fees? Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

They're really good

I have nothing bad to say. Their customer service is brilliant and quick. I had my card stolen a couple years ago and they gave my money back. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023
