The Freedom account has no monthly fees and the Activeplus account is £5.95 per month. There may be fees for sending money and withdrawing or paying in cash. Both accounts come with the option to add on an overdraft.

A problem free environment is a very rare thing today.

Problems - of which there have been very few in all my time with them from before they became a bank - are swiftly and easily resolved. Every action I wish to carry out is simply achieved and they are always on hand to answer questions without issue. They do the basics right. A problem free environment is a very rare thing today. Nothing really to complain about, it's a bank

Nothing really to complain about, it's a bank & it works for my lifestyle. It holds my money when I want it to & it gives it back when I want it to. Being honest, I use my Zempler account for online purchases & transfer funds into the account as/when I want to buy something - it beats giving these web sites my debit card information where where's an actual amount of money, given the security some of these sites employ.
