The Freedom account has no monthly fees and the Activeplus account is £5.95 per month. There may be fees for sending money and withdrawing or paying in cash. Both accounts come with the option to add on an overdraft.

Poor Customer Service Response Times

They locked my account before the date they had informed me I needed to provide information for and then don’t respond to any messages despite holding your money and you can’t access. Reviewed on: 14th February 2023
