Zempler Bank offer two personal current accounts – the Freedom account and the Activeplus account.

The Freedom account has no monthly fees and the Activeplus account is £5.95 per month. There may be fees for sending money and withdrawing or paying in cash. Both accounts come with the option to add on an overdraft.

Excellent Customer Service, Best Security. User Friendly App.

Spoke with Customer service on Numerous occassions.. Firstly its been so quick to speak with them rather than waiting for ages. They've been amazingly helpful and I couldnt ask for more. The online Security is by far the best I've come across. Its vital and CashPlus has nailed it. Uset Friendly App is straight forward to use and clear. I love the fact that I dont have to go into a High Street Bank and wait for ages in Queues etc. I can pop into any Post Office and add funds where ever it maybe. Its more convenient and keeps the Post Offices in business too. ai can make calls on travels too. Resulting in me having more time to manage my day to day lifestyle. Top notch.

I have been with cashplus since 2011, at the time I had bad credit and was unable to get an standard account from the high Street bank, but cashplus accepted me with out hassle. The online service is easy to use and very secure from the desktop site the mobile app, I have also have to call customer service from time to time, with an easy understand verification process and the call stuff at very polite and very helpful. So for the 11 year i have held my account I have no issue what so ever and hope to continue using my account for all my main sources of income. All I have

Cashplus have been life savers, after hsbc cancelled my first bank account as a teen before I could pay bills or drive, Cashplus were my only option to manage my wages. I’m so loyal to this bank because of it and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience with them. This isn’t a bot talking or a paid review, I genuinely wouldn’t be able to work without them. Ridiculously easy to set up and use!

Love it! I had to change bank accounts recently, and decided to try this service as a stop gap until my new traditional bank account got up and running. But once the new card arrived and I began to navigate around the app, load cash onto the card, and use the debit card normally I could see the benefits of it far outweighed just temporary use. I decided to use this full time, and now do. I have only 2 critiques, which I'm sure will be addressed in due course. The first is I'd like to see a low funds warning via text (level to be determined by customer), and secondly most pay at pump petrol stations will not accept this card due to not being able to pre-authorise (even when you have over 3 figures in credit). But remembering the above, in every other respect this card and account performance brilliantly, and I'm super happy at the speed of deposits and money transfers to credit, as well as the easy functionality of the app. Well done Reviewed on: 10th February 2022
