Zempler Bank offer two personal current accounts – the Freedom account and the Activeplus account.

The Freedom account has no monthly fees and the Activeplus account is £5.95 per month. There may be fees for sending money and withdrawing or paying in cash. Both accounts come with the option to add on an overdraft.

Perfect solution

When I returned to the UK after several years overseas, I couldn't get a bank account at any of the high street providers, purely because I had been out of the UK for a decade. No credit rating. Luckily, Cashplus came to my attention. Sorted. I quickly had a card and a bank account. Reviewed on: 10th February 2022
