The Freedom account has no monthly fees and the Activeplus account is £5.95 per month. There may be fees for sending money and withdrawing or paying in cash. Both accounts come with the option to add on an overdraft.

They helped when no one else would

Charges and delays on payments being processed need improvement but they took me on when no one else would and helped raise my credit score so they are going to have me as a customer as long as they have me! Reviewed on: 14th April 2021

Have been efficient & helpful deserve to be a bank.

I'm a relatively new customer,but I'm also getting my wife to join in the near future over the years we have done our banking with the high street bank's. But always they have bad customer care the extent the customer no longer matters.My wife and I are not happy with the bank we use at the moment so it's really good that a new bank had emerged.
