Zempler Bank offer two personal current accounts – the Freedom account and the Activeplus account.

The Freedom account has no monthly fees and the Activeplus account is £5.95 per month. There may be fees for sending money and withdrawing or paying in cash. Both accounts come with the option to add on an overdraft.

Only one drawback

Cash transactions - inward and outward - efficiently processed, documentation is clear. Only drawback is the minute code gizmo which is not for those with poor vision or memory as it requires a particular light source and direction to enable reading and transmission to be completed before system demands a restart. If thay won't to be a bank

There for you!

I’ve used Cashplus for years as a piggy bank for my kids as they were growing up - they still refer to my Cashplus card as The Kids’ Card! Now I have a Euro card, to which my eldest contributes regularly, as she has travelled in Europe and hopes to go again; and a US card for my youngest, who has set her sights on New York!
