Zempler Bank offer two personal current accounts – the Freedom account and the Activeplus account.

The Freedom account has no monthly fees and the Activeplus account is £5.95 per month. There may be fees for sending money and withdrawing or paying in cash. Both accounts come with the option to add on an overdraft.

Lack of knowledgeable support.

Amazing service

I love using cashplus as Ive never had any issues & I love the fact I can transfer from my GBP card to another currency card with them & not have any fees for transactions. Customer service is amazing too. Totally recommend them. Reviewed on: 13th March 2021

Ripped me off

Told me I’d applied for a product I never did, told the ombudsman I’d agreed to everything and he emails which I never had, now I’ve got a default on my credit file for something I never signed up for and had to pay off so I’ve just lost money for no reason, wouldn’t touch them ever again.
