Zempler Bank offer two personal current accounts – the Freedom account and the Activeplus account.

The Freedom account has no monthly fees and the Activeplus account is £5.95 per month. There may be fees for sending money and withdrawing or paying in cash. Both accounts come with the option to add on an overdraft.

Easy

Efficient and very easy to use.

We use our cashplus account to put money to one side to save for expensive items and our holiday. The euro card is very useful and we have used it in several European countries without any problems. Reviewed on: 13th March 2021

Best of the rest

Terrible bank

Since they have become a 'bank' I have incurred £25 in charges,for depositing at a post office and bank transfers.They are only open 68 hours per week,closed Sundays.It takes at least 20 mins for a bank transfer to go through and this is only up to 9pm.They we're better before they became a 'bank'. Fan-dabby-dozey. Excellent all round Bank

I've been with cashplus for about 2 years. I've only had 1 issue which was remedied with a quick call to customer services, who were extremely helpful and very polite. The biggest positive is the change over to a Bank. Transfer now go in within minutes, rather than hours. Keep up the good work Cashplus Bank.
