Zempler Bank offer two personal current accounts – the Freedom account and the Activeplus account.

The Freedom account has no monthly fees and the Activeplus account is £5.95 per month. There may be fees for sending money and withdrawing or paying in cash. Both accounts come with the option to add on an overdraft.

Great alternative to the high street banks

Great alternative to the high street banks, easy set up. Only downsides are the monthly charge for having an account, and transfers aren’t instantaneous. Still I have recommended Cashplus to others who have also opened accounts. Reviewed on: 13th March 2021
