The Freedom account has no monthly fees and the Activeplus account is £5.95 per month. There may be fees for sending money and withdrawing or paying in cash. Both accounts come with the option to add on an overdraft.

simply the best!

not yet had any problems with zemplar. i feel the account is user friendly,and transactions from zemplar to other accounts is a breeze, all transactions are prompt so easy to keep track of. Reviewed on: 11th April 2026

Zempler bank give you excellent updates and information

Zempler bank give you excellent information about the running of their bank and offers available. Their updates are invaluable especially when it comes to informing their customers when payments are due and if your account needs topping up to meet direct debits and standing orders.
