My main crypto app!

I love the fact I get a debit card to spent crypto one day when I’m ready. And the Bitcoin interest account. Top feature. This is now my main crypto account because of a plain simplicity and convenience. The account support are also very proactive and helpful Reviewed on: 22nd January 2022

AHHH. I was a total crypto doofus, but now :-)

Thanks to Ziglu I am in on the excitement and working to build wealth. This app is great and easy to use. I have already told about ten people. Intuitive and trusted

I really like how clear and upfront they are with regards to their conditions (T&C), and the straightforward app interface makes it quite clear the company cares about user experience and pays attention to what customer needs. Read ALL the Ziglu Reviews before investing in crypto with them!

Awful experience! I purchased and stored over 4k of crypocurrency on Ziglu, thinking they where the first UK bank to adopt crypto. Everything went fine until I received an email from them a couple of days ago telling me they have reviewed my account and have decided to close my account with immediate affect and WITHOUT explanation. I cannot withdraw my funds or my crypto. In the same email they said it will take up to 60 days for them to transfer any funds I had into another bank in my name. The cheek of it!! Avoid Ziglu for buying and storing your cryptocurrency at all costs! Wait for the mainstream banks to offer crypto - Ziglu is not up to the task. I'm not the only one this has happened to. Worst customer service, freezing accounts

I didn't realise before I opened my account that sites like Trust pilot are full of negative reviews for the same reason I feel the need to leave one. For a reason unbeknown to myself my account has been frozen. Once this happens the customer service team no longer deal with you, you can't access you app or money and there is no one to call. I think it's because I was transferring money to Binance and not buying over priced crypto from them. Just terrible Reviewed on: 10th July 2021
