ANSWERS to my questions

Easy to contact when you have queries and would go the extra mile to answer questions. The amount of service was phenomenal and I'm very satisfied with the way they protect my money. I hope they make more good products and their ISAs are flexible not like the other banks which is a deal breaker for me in case I need the money right away I can get it. Reviewed on: 17th March 2025

Love the flexibility.

Very easy to open account and transfer existing ISA into new account. Love the fact it is flexible so can withdraw money if needed and as long as you pay it back in the same tax year it doesn’t effect your annual allowance. Reviewed on: 9th March 2025

Zopa gives high value interest on cash isa's.

Zopa gives high value interest on cash isa's. It was easy to set up an account which was in a user friendly manner using the Zopa app. I have found the customer services very helpful and easy to access. Reviewed on: 6th March 2025
