Simple account set up and the savings rat...

Setting up my account was simple and the savings rates are attractive. All very positive. The drawbacks I’ve experienced are a couple direct debits not transferring and issues with recurring subscriptions not being paid due to Zopa not supporting the payments. One of these was Apple. Despite this I’m happy with the account but haven’t been able to transition completely from my previous bank yet. Reviewed on: 15th January 2026

Hassle free saving

Found the service very efficient with instructions on how to set up and use the various elements of the account very clear.Have had the account for several months now without any problems at all. Reviewed on: 15th January 2026

Easy, excellent savings options with bonus rates

The savings rates are really good and I have recommended Zopa to family, a few have taken it up for the good rates and introductory offer. The rates do drop quite quickly on some accounts but that is pretty normal with any bank. The card and services are easy to use, I’ve only had one online transaction declined with no reason given but after that it has worked fine. Overall very good. Reviewed on: 15th January 2026

I like the simplicity of it and I like the way it’s set out, very user friendly. The benefits that come from having this bank are literally second to none, from earning interest to how the saving accounts are set out. They really have thought about it all.
