Easy set up & good service

Was great to be able to use the card via Apple Pay as soon as accepted. Downsides are the online limit of £250 before you have to use chip and pin to reset and can use again. I understand it being a safety feature but it would have if this was made clear. Otherwise, I’ve been really happy with 118118. Reviewed on: 27th March 2026
