A helping hand when others turn their backs

118118 provided me with an amazing platform to help start over and rebuild my credit after several years being down on my luck. The customer service has always been outstanding and the app is so user friendly it’s refreshing. Very very happy with 118118 Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

Had my card used fraudulently.

Had my card used fraudulently. Declined several attempts in the app but some had already been taken as pending on my account. I froze my card and called to get some help. I answered all the relevant questions and was told that all attempts would be re-credited to my account. Still waiting for two transactions to be credited. Yet again another phone call needed to try to get theses removed and credited back to me! Reviewed on: 20th April 2026
