1. Good customer service from friendly staff2. Savings applications forms feel heavyweight, especially when just renewing 3. (Free) electronic payments or maturity would be much better than cheques 4. Higher rates - 2.5% is the absolute minimum I can save at, and any interest rate rises much be passed on. 1. I was opening a regular saver - good interest but coming down BUT ancient practices2. I have had 5-6 yet treated like a branch new customer for id / explanation purposed (I had maturing account) 3. I am in 5-6 regular savers BUT only you and Yorkshire Building Society BOTHER with passbooks. I want online eg Santander, Nationwide, Halifax, Lloyds. Would just suggest saving paper by not enclosing paperwork in cardboard sleeve and printing FSCS info sheet on one page rather than two. This should also save you money too. Reviewed on: 4th June 2019
