That is a "building society" and not a "bank". The staff help me with all my accounts. Even when all seems at a lost. All helpful and respectful to each client.Thank tou for being a Building society. Reviewed on: 21st August 2020

The staff in High St. they are always friendly and helpful. I am partially sighted and very deaf but they are always willing to complete forms and indicate where I sign. It is wonderful to be able to make enquiries in the office, lovely. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
