I was particularly impressed to receive a telephone call following a transaction reversal that I did online. It was very reassuring to know that someone was actually keeping and eye on my account and when something seemed a little unusual, they telephoned me to check that what had happened. Chorley a more traditional BS

You can speak to humans!

Consistently good savings rates and importantly, you can speak to a human whenever you want on the phone. They were super helpful when applying for one of their fixed savings accounts - explaining things clearly and simply. Reviewed on: 9th March 2026
