Cath was excellent, explained everything and arranged all the paperwork in-branch for two ISAs. She then rang me on my mobile to say that all the formalities had been completed and that the passbooks would be posted. They arrived as promised, excellent!. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

All the staff seemed very friendly and welcoming, Cath, who dealt with us, was excellent. She rang back as promised and we were most impressed.
