Unfortunately, Royal Mail took 10 days to deliver my passbook which I not was dispatched first class. I realise that this is outside of your control, but disappointing. I like the fact that I can ring and speak to a live human very quickly! Well done! Reviewed on: 21st June 2023

The staff are always very helpful and have a smile for you. Key House is very local to me with plenty of parking which is a bonus, however on my last visit to the branch I was sat conducting business and a couple of other customers were stood right behind me which left me slightly uncomfortable. May I suggest a polite 'please wait here' notice a few metres back from the counter so customeers do not feel as I did on this occassion? Reviewed on: 5th June 2023

Absolutely hopeless.

I opened a new account online but in the process could not get the programme let me enter anything into one of the mandatory boxes. It took a phone call and call back to get this resolved. Then when the account was set up I could not get into it online. I received a message saying my account was suspended. Another phone call and several hours to get a call back. The customer ep said my account had indeed been suspended and rectified that. However, when I tried again I found that my account was still suspended. I give up. Reviewed on: 30th May 2023
