Best Building Society or Bank for Customer Service

Have never experienced a friendlier approach. Every branch has a chair in front of the cashier so you can sit down to conduct your business. The Head Office even has a drive-through service window so you often don't even need to leave your car. Unique ! Reviewed on: 27th February 2023

The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's nice to have a seat when you enter and speak to staff who are very helpful. A passbook is better than a cheque book or card. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2023

Very good customer service. Small and personal Building Society. The need is there for incentives to save for a longer fixed rate term. Interest rates are poor and there are no bonds on offer or longer term accounts with better interest rates. Reviewed on: 21st February 2023
