Always friendly and patient. The standing order instruction are a bit bleak. I presumed that the date of the first transfer was the 1st of the month and I added that the duration was 11 months. Reviewed on: 6th July 2020

The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's nice to have a seat when you enter and speak to staff who are very helpful. A passbook is better than a cheque book or card. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2023

Very good customer service. Small and personal Building Society. The need is there for incentives to save for a longer fixed rate term. Interest rates are poor and there are no bonds on offer or longer term accounts with better interest rates. Reviewed on: 21st February 2023

I have now given up trying to access my savings account with Chorley, and I shall make arrangements to save elsewhere My account is by far the worst to access. Chorley also change my ID or lock my account, and do not inform me. I have wasted about two hours today just trying to access my account. Frankly, Chorley is rubbish. Reviewed on: 7th February 2023
