It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

I've been with CraftInsure for several years and they have always provided a competitive quote. Their documentation is easy to digest, and its easy to renew. This year, renewing was a little more complicated, due to CraftInsure going under the Ripe umbrella. Reviewed on: 20th July 2025

I have been very satisfied with Craftinsure for more than 10 years. My only complaint is that this year there was some confusion about how to renew my policy as they appear to have been taken over by a different company. Reviewed on: 20th July 2025
