It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

I've been with Craft insure for a few years and unfortunately recently I have had to make two claims. Both times the underwriters have been responsive and reasonable, easy to communicate with and personable. I'd recommend them to anyone needing reliable insurance. Reviewed on: 10th September 2025

I have insured my boat through Craftinsure for twenty years. The procedure has always been straightforward and the premiums acceptable. When I have required additional help it has been forthcoming from friendly and interested staff, I certainly do regularly recommend Craftinsure to less fortunate boat owners and they have always been exceedingly grateful for the introduction.
