It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

Honest, great value, straight talking company

We have run an old boat for quite some time on 3rd party insurance and when we purchased a larger, newer boat 2 years ago we needed comprehensive insurance. We quickly settled on Craftinsure because the cost for comprehensive insurance with them was only a small step above our previous insurance and dealing with the company has been very straight forward both on the phone and on-line. We are now in our second year with Craftinsure with no steep price increases and so far it feels like Craftinsure are a company which we can trust and stay with, avoiding the hastle of getting quotes each year. Finn sail repair settlement

I had a significant claim for damaged sail for my Finn. Craftinsure agreed to cover the cost of repair,(£500). I explained that a repaired sail would no longer be competitive. Craft insure reconsidered and agreed a settlement to ‘split the difference’ between the repair and a new sail £1600. I was very satisfied with the service. Reviewed on: 10th September 2025
