It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

Impressive service which goes the extra mile.

We have always been impressed with Craftinsure. They provided a tailored personal service during which I was able to have a conversation with a person who knew what they were talking about. It was not a corporate call centre, and the people we have spoken to care, and wanted to make sure the policy was right. We would highly recommend them to family, friends, and colleagues.
