It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

Way fairer insurance!

Its very simple, I simply renew my policy on line each year having checked the premium is competitive. I haven't had any need to make a claim as yet. Access to customer service has been easy and I am periodically kept informed of any changes by e mail. Reviewed on: 20th July 2025

They don't hike the premium every year

Have used Craftinsure for years. Always reliable and efficient. More importantly they have never hiked the premium every year as other insurers are prone to do. Any increases have been in line with or even less than inflation. For exactly this reason Craftinsure can count on my business for as long as they maintain this policy. Reviewed on: 20th July 2025

I've been with CraftInsure for several years and they have always provided a competitive quote. Their documentation is easy to digest, and its easy to renew. This year, renewing was a little more complicated, due to CraftInsure going under the Ripe umbrella. Reviewed on: 20th July 2025
