It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

I have been with Craftinsure for many years and across three different boats. I have made one claim when, shame on me, i lost an outboard motor overboard. VEry straightforward to claim and prompt payment. Would strongly recommend. Reviewed on: 19th July 2025
