The staff are wonderful, whether it be on the phone or in person, you always get treated with respect and courtesy. Recently I went into the branch to get some help with downloading and making myself familiar with the new Sercle App. I had a first class experience with both a volunteer who helped me download it, and helped me get to know how to work it. This gentleman's name was Gary. Then his manager Aimie came to speak to me too, and she was so personable, and a joy to chat to. 10/10 for both Aimie and Gary Reviewed on: 29th June 2024

Easy access to savings

Easy access to my savings when I need them. I can build on them too when borrowing against them, pay back what I owe whilst I continue to add to my savings. Also the fees are so much lower than banks when borrowing. Reviewed on: 17th June 2024

Best way to save and borrow

They are secure and easy to pay in and access. Where can you get a loan of three times more than your saving at a competitive rate. Have used the Credit Union for years and have never been disappointed. Reviewed on: 14th June 2024
