Caring in Finance

I've been with the East Kilbride credit union for a number of years now. They always have brilliant customer service. And I won't have been able to get past Christmas's in. I have been struggling with my finances recently and they always help me with a speedy response and are always willing to listen and help. I think the staff are very well trained in their field, they know how to do the job well, efficiently & are always professional as well as being sympathetic to their customers needs.
