Heard about GJW from someone when I said I needed to insure my narrowboat. Searched on line for it and pleased to find it was so easy to use the website. Even better was the competitive price quoted - so much less than my previous insurer and for the same cover, what is even better my quote for this year is less than last year. market experience not just insurance

GJW took ownership of my claim following accidental grounding of my princess 36 flybridge boat. There was no quibbling and on account payments to allow repairs to progress at pace. Awesome service and cover from a very open approachable team. The experience has rejuvenated my previously sinical view of insurance providers. They really do help enormously with not just financial support but also with expertise and contacts relieving the stress associated with being in an unfamiliar situation surrounded by experts trying to win the work of repairs. I’ve been with GJW for a while - their service is excellent, they’re easy to contact and the information is straight forward and written in an easy to understand format!
