Simple and understandable insurance.

Simple and understandable paperwork and mails. I changed a policy and had no idea the cost would drop until I was advised I was now in a different bracket and would get a refund. Pleasant surprise at the genuine honesty. Reviewed on: 6th October 2025

Flexible and understanding, I had a query and it was dealt with directly by the underwriter. They reviewed information I sent and took an informed decision. When I called I always spoke to a person rather than being stuck in an automated message system. Reviewed on: 6th October 2025
