Insurance is more than the cost of the premium!

I've been with GJW since 2008. They have always provided excellent service and good value for money. I been fortunate enough not to have a claim, but 2 of my friends have and both were full of praise for the support given - This provides me with a sense of comfort since the reason for insurance is resolving a potential issue and far beyond the cost of the premium. We have always found GJW Direct Marine Insurance to be fair on policy pricing, when you call them they are always happy to talk you through any questions we might have. This time we spoke to Hannah she was great in going through the details and the process and then payment. As soon as I got off the phone the policy and RCR membership and the receipt was waiting for me. This is why we are repeat customers. Reviewed on: 11th July 2025
