Had a claim for damage to the propellor and clutch by a submerged rope they sorted the repairs quickly with a local boat yard no quibbles!! Reviewed on: 24th September 2025

Phenomenal service after a claim

Had to claim for grounding damage. GJW we’re excellent. Quick claim process and took care of the monthly costs for storage. Really great service . Reviewed on: 24th September 2025

Customer loyalty obliterated.

Renewal premium increased by around 30%, with no claims having been made, and interest-free monthly payments have been discontinued. Seems to have been tied in with RIPE rebranding. Not happy, so went elsewhere for same level of cover at better price than yours last year. Surprised Premier Marinas are still recommending GJW. Reviewed on: 24th September 2025
