Very straightforward process for taking out boat insurance. No nonsense clear emails and competitive pricing. Never had to claim yet thankfully but I’m sure it would be a smooth stress free process Reviewed on: 20th August 2025

Exemplary claim experience

Once unfortunately had to claim for "hit-and-run" incident. Although culprit clearly identified, GJW assessed that counter claim would probably not stand, so paid out within days of the claim. No subsequent increase in premiums. Reviewed on: 19th August 2025

My third year of being insured with them and they seem to be customer focused and friendly. Service is prompt, no on hold for hours or being pushed from various departments, just a friendly person who deals with the query. Reviewed on: 19th August 2025

I have boats both here and abroad and GJW were able to cover them without any problems. I wanted to keep my insurance in one place whilst keeping competitive.West Wales is not the easiest to get insured but managed to sort with them. Reviewed on: 19th August 2025
