Great customer support and best rates

Signed up for savings based on Martin Lewis top tips - and honestly one of the greatest experiences recently. No question was too small and they answer the phone practically immediately and give honest and patient help. I'm not normally experienced in dealing with high banking stuff but due to a sudden change in finances I was a little stressed but customer support was so reassuring and helpful.
