I have been insured through NACO for 12 years now. I don’t even compare prices from others as 99% of the time others can’t compare to NACO. Reviewed on: 12th August 2024

Claim was accepted and carried out quickly.

Caravan was damaged a couple of years ago by a flying gazebo pole. 3rd party’s insurance refused to pay out because gazebo was left up all night during a storm. NACO had my caravan repaired promptly after my claim. All carried out very professionally. Reviewed on: 11th August 2024

One of the best!.

We have been with NACO several years. Their prices, with discount, are very competitive. We have only once needed to make a claim, due to an infestation of mice. This was dealt with swiftly, with great sympathy and without quibble. Whenever we have needed to speak with someone, they have been helpful, courteous and knowledgable. NACO have always been so helpful. Firstly when my caravan site changed hands and the new owners closed it down and only offered below market value. NACO fought our corner and we received good compensation but also took all the stress from me. NACO tips etc in regular magazines provide helpful advice. Reviewed on: 11th August 2024
