I've been with PCCU since 2021 after coming from another credit union that were terrible in my opinion.The customer service from PCCU is always 5star the loan department are a credit to the team too.If you need a loan,savings account,family loan or just saving for Christmas then sign up you won't regret it. Fantastic. I have been through a lot recently and found myself in hardship through no fault of my own. The Pennines community credit union has helped me in more ways than they could realise and I am able to decorate the house I have moved into with my children.
