I took out a loan with plata and from the application, i never had any problems or difficulties. Customer service have always been very helpful too with any concerns I have. Didn’t respect my decision to not use open banking, I have a joint account and my partner didn’t want me to disclose the account on open banking. Was told I had to so I could apply for a loan? Reviewed on: 21st March 2024
