Never had any issues, Plata keep you fully informed of changes and they send payment reminders. Plata make it easy to contact them and keep you up to date but do not spam you with messages and useless information. They send key info which is relevant and useful. Reviewed on: 23rd April 2024

Easy application process , online account makes it easy to see your account overview and easy to navigate , never had any problems to contact customer services for so I can not comment on that side of plata , overall a loan company that apr isn’t through the roof and account information is easy accessible Reviewed on: 23rd April 2024
