Easy application and transparent terms.

It was easy to navigate the website and apply. Plata is very open with their terms and conditions. The decision to acceptance was relatively quick and once the offer was accepted and the terms agreed, the money was in my account the next working day. i cannot comment in their customer service as I haven’t encountered a physical conversation, however the contact details are readily accessible and their number is free to call.
