Overall Good. Payment methods need improvement.

Overall experience is very good. The only recommendation I would make is to be able to pay by direct debit. Card only payments are not ideal. The application process and deposit of funds was seamless. Reviewed on: 26th February 2026

Sympathetic, understanding and easy

This month I had an unfortunate family situation that has required me to take some time off work and travel to a foreign country. Plata’s customer service team understood this change of circumstance and allowed me to have a payment holiday. The process to arrange it was quick and sympathetic.
